Ali Qapoo Hotel is one of the four-star accommodations owned and managed by Parsian Hotels Group in Isfahan. The name of the hotel originates in the Ali Qapoo Palace, built by Shah Abbas the Great in Naqsh-e Jahan Square.
The hotel is located on Chahar Bagh Avenue. This is one of the oldest and most famous streets of not only Isfahan but the entire Iran. The street was constructed in the late 16th and early 17th centuries, when Shah Abbas the Great ruled over Iran. This was considered as a royal promenade and recreational street where the Shah used to take a walk at times. The street itself contains centuries old stories and tales. Recently, it was reconstructed and to restore the essence of its historical glory, cars aren’t allowed on the street anymore.
Ali Qapoo Hotel’s location makes it easy for guests to see the most important historical attractions of the city. To the south, the hotel is in a walking distance from Zayande Rud River and Si-o-Se Pol Bridge. Travelers can take a taxi from here to see Khawju Bridge and Shahrestan Bridge, which is the oldest bridge in Isfahan. They can also explore the Armenian neighborhood, located a short distance away. To the north, travelers can walk to the Honar Bazaar, Abbasi Hotel, and Hasht Behesht Mansion. In addition, Isfahan’s iconic Naqsh-e Jahan Square and Chehel Sotun Palace are close by. Visitors can either walk there or take a taxi. Other landmarks, such as Monar Jonban, can only be accessed by car.
The hotel has been built in 5 floors and includes 106 rooms. It has a restaurant, which serves a variety of dishes. Also, guests can extend their peace at the hotel’s swimming pool, sauna, and gym. The hotel’s handicraft and souvenir stalls and shops can also help the guests looking for something to bring back home.
