Moshir Al-Mamalek Garden Hotel in the city of Yazd, is one of the four-star traditional hotels of the city. The mansion was built over 100 years ago, by Mirza Fathollah Moshir Al-Mamalek, north-western part of Yazd. In 2004, the building was opened as an Iranian traditional hotel, after undergoing renovations. Its building has been enlisted as one of the national monuments of Iran as well.
Once in Moshir Al-Mamalek Hotel, visitors can access different parts of the city by car. One of the closest places is the old neighborhood also known as the Old City in Yazd. Visitors can take a walk along the narrow streets of this neighborhood. Jame Mosque of Yazd, the Zoroastrian Museum of History and Culture, Khan bazaar, and Amir Chakhmagh are some of the famous attractions easily accessible by car.
The hotel’s building embodies the architecture of historical houses in Iran, as it used to be one. In the center of the courtyard, there is a small pond or pool together with trees. The building surrounds the courtyard in the shape of a square. Despite its historical essence, the hotel is equipped with modern facilities and equipment. Its rooms and suites mostly face the garden and have a small balcony. Guests can dine in the hotel’s restaurants or enjoy its café. Hotel’s taxi service is also available for guests.
