Kouhshir” area and Naein county are located in east of Isfahan. Naein has been a tourist hub at the east of Isfahan for several thousand years and annually many Iranian and foreign tourists travel to this area. Naein is known as a “Gem” at the vicinity of the Isfahan desert. Kouhshir is one of the private wildlife refuges in Isfahan province. This area is also unique in terms of culture, wildlife and nature so that the Kouhshir area has a lot of beautiful mountainous and pristine desert areas where you can experience the excitement of hiking and rock climbing in the beautiful valleys of this area and enjoy the fun of off-roading and desert hiking on the sand hills. This place is famous as the ancient museum of Naein including several historical villages and ancient castles, which all villages have kept their old texture and you can experience one-night stay in these beautiful old houses. Kouhshir area is very rich in wildlife and very rare and diverse species live in this region.
It is a cultural and historical tour in the area of Naein and "Kouhshir" or "Pakouh". you can visit so many archeological sites such as ancient Jame Mosque of "Naein", the ancient castle (Naarin castle) and the four-vault of Kouhshir which is the symbol of this area. You can visit handicrafts of Naein and Kouhshir region (cloak, rug and mat weaving).
Among natural attractions, you can see traditional farming of local people, desert and sand dunes, untouched landscape views of the preserved area and unique vegetation of the desert and Kouhshir area such as Haloxylon, Seasonal waterfalls, Shadran Valley and Ezhdeha Cave (literally meaning as the cave of dragon).

Departure: 7:30 am from Esfahan, arrive at Kouhpaye at 8:30 am for breakfast, arrive at Naein at 9:30am, visiting Naein Jame mosque, Naarin casle, wind catchers and water storages, bazaar of Naein and workshop of handicrafts. , lunch at 1 pm, moving to Kouhshir, arrive at Kouhshir at 2 pm, visiting historical sites with a history of 2700 years, moving towards the ecolodge to spend the night, having dinner at 8 pm.
Breakfast at 8 am, heading to the historical villages and visiting four-vault of Kouhshir, visiting Ezhdeha Cave (literally meaning as cave of dragon), visiting Shadran Valley to see the seasonal waterfall of the region (according to the season), birdwatching and learning about the local plants, having lunch at 12:30 pm, driving towards Daghe Sorkh Desert at 1:30 pm, off-roading on sand hills, watching Taagh forest, having, return at Kouhshir region for a short rest, at 6 pm going back to Esfahan. We expect to be in Esfahan at 8:45 pm.
